Wholesome and Nutritious Granola Recipe

Ingredients:

3 cups rolled oats
1 cup almonds, sliced
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut, pecans (or walnuts), and salt.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the honey, almond butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet in an even layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Stir in the dried cranberries.
Store in an airtight container.
