HIIT Inspired Classes
Body weight class focused on cardio endurance and high calory expenditure, alternating between high intensity moves and resting periods to make the most of your time at the gym.
This class is always a surprise and a lot of fun for the group. It could be any styles above or a completely new class. Physical activity is not just about squats and planks – it works better when you enjoy your time at the gym and get some good laughs with your group.
This is a popular high intensity body weight class great for cardio, muscle strength. It’s carefully designed to work all muscle groups in a circuit style training, without repeating any moves.
This is a body weight class Similar to HIIT & Run, but with (a lot!) more focus on abs (core strength).
Strength Classes
We use weights and equipment from Swiss balls to TRX and Barbells, focusing on strength gain. This is a circuit style training, performing 8 to 12 different moves, alternating muscle groups, with small breaks between stations.
This workout alternates between high and low intensity exercises focused on toning and strengthening the body using dumbbells of different weights as resistance, as you sweat and burn fat.
Using straps, we do a variety of compound exercise movements with the goal of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously.

This an excellent low-impact workout, it protects your joints and muscles while raising your heart rate and improving your balance, posture, and coordination.
Low impact body weight class focused on stabilization and flexibility. It involves holding poses, concentration, and deep breathing. Those sessions endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility, and well-being.
Pilates balances the body, creating both strength and length. With a focus on stabilizing muscles, your joints will become better supported decreasing the chance of injury. We also work on those ‘mirror muscles’ – arms, bums and tummy – for a total body workout.This class helps you to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
Welcome to Mobility & Stability. Focused on ankles, hips, shoulder, spine. The techniques we use for mobility and stability could be JUST the thing to improve your pain free range of motion! This 35 minute class is a companion to your current fitness journey. Come and give it a try!
