  • 1/4 cup Steel cut oats
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon


  1. Prepare the oats according to the container instructions: Bring oats and salted water to a soft boil, then reduce heat and simmer until oats are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  2. Scoop cooked oats into a bowl.
  3. Top the oats with half a tablespoon of peanut butter.
  4. Slice the banana and arrange the slices on top of the oats.
  5. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon to taste.
