Ingredients:

  • 2 large slices of tofu (about 150g each)
  • 1 medium potato, halved and sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme), chopped, for garnish
  • Balsamic vinegar for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Pat dry the tofu slices with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the tofu slices on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown grill marks form.
  4. While the tofu is grilling, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  8. Once everything is cooked, arrange the grilled tofu slices on a plate alongside the air-fried potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers.
