- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey (or a natural sweetener of choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Glaze:
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey (or a natural sweetener of choice)
- 1 teaspoon potato starch, dissolved in 1 tablespoon of cold water
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and cornstarch. Add the beef strips and toss to coat. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in an iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned and just cooked through. Remove the beef and set aside.
